When you access or use PH11 through any channel we make available — the ph11.lol website, the PH11 mobile app, or any other interface — you are confirming that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. These platform terms create a legally binding agreement between you and PH11.

If you cannot accept any part of these terms, you need to stop using PH11 right away and close your account. If you keep using PH11 after we update the terms, that continued use means you have accepted the revised version.

To create and use a PH11 account, you need to satisfy all of the eligibility conditions listed below:

PH11 is not responsible for any losses that result from unauthorized access to your account if you fail to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

PH11 accepts deposits in Philippine pesos (PHP) through the supported mobile payment channels listed below: The available mobile payment channels are shown on the deposit screen.No other payment methods are currently supported. There are no currency conversion fees — you deposit in PHP and your PH11 balance is held in PHP.

By making a deposit on PH11, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are your own and are not proceeds from any illegal activity.
• You are not using a payment account that belongs to another person.
• You understand that deposits are made for gaming on the PH11 platform.
• Deposits are processed in real time and are generally credited to your PH11 balance within minutes.

PH11 does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet or payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, so check your provider’s terms for the exact fees.

Withdrawals from your PH11 account are sent back to the same mobile wallet you used for your most recent deposit. This rule helps prevent money laundering and keeps your funds secure. If you need to withdraw to a different payment account, you must complete identity verification and get approval from PH11 support.

For verified accounts, standard PH11 withdrawals are usually processed within minutes. Additional verification may sometimes be required, which can extend the processing time. PH11 will notify you if any extra steps are needed.

• You can only request a withdrawal after your account has made at least one deposit and completed at least one round of gameplay.

• Trying to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any PH11 game to gain money or other advantages.

• Losses due to internet connection problems, device failures, or outages on third-party services that are outside PH11's control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Losses caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

PH11 may suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• There is a suspected or actual breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted.

If your account is terminated because of a breach of these terms, PH11 may withhold any remaining balance while the matter is under investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited.

PH11 may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Whenever the rules change, the new version will be posted on this same page and the "Last Updated" date will be updated. If a change has a significant impact on your account or how you use the platform, PH11 will notify registered members by email or through an in-platform alert.

If you continue to use PH11 after an update goes live, that continued use will be treated as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any of the updated provisions, you should stop using PH11 and close your account.
